In Japanese culture, the name of the shape is always simple. So with Simplicity being the forefront of Hajime Kinoko's work it was important to depict minimal and clean design in the EROTIKK x Hajime Kinoko collection. This piece, titled Ushirode by Kinoko, focuses on a control dynamic. It alludes that the woman is giving away her sovereignty when in-fact she is the one governing her experience. Her confidence in the rope and the trust that she holds for her partner brings a playful quality to the design. The pendant is 3 dimensional so the forms are clear from every angle, making it truly one of a kind.
